My remote control reaches blinds at a further distance than when I send a command through the app. Why is this?

BLE radios in smartphones and tablets are not as strong as the BLE radios in the Gen 2 remote. Thus, the remote will be able to reach blinds at a further distance than your phone. If your customers prefer to only use the Tuiss SmartView App and not use remotes, and blinds are dispersed around the home, the customer will need to be in close proximity to the blinds when operating blinds via the app.
